Employment Policy
We hire on the basis of most suitable candidate regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability. We currently have 4 male staff and 4 female. Our recruitment is normally conducted through advertising in trade publications from which all respondents are funnelled down to a final interview list.
The main criteria for this list is the relevant level of both experience and expertise that each applicant has demonstrated in their CV and portfolio. From this list there is often a final 2 or 3 from which a final interview will take place. The success of the person chosen is based upon a combination of presentation skills, salary expectations, interpersonal skills and overall impact made on the 3 directors of the company.
The same policy applies to our selection of suppliers to Elastic Creative. We welcome diversity amongst staff and suppliers, and recognise the valuable contribution that can be made from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
